Our Mission: To provide excellent educational experiences to the students attending the Bayport – Blue Point Union Free School District
At the recent Senior Awards Ceremony, SEED Chairman Bob Draffin presented SEED’s fourth annual scholarship to this year’s winner James Brine. He wrote an excellent essay in which he suggested ways that SEED could help promote more hands-on educational experiences. The BBP SEED Foundation wishes “JT” all the luck moving forward, as he pursues his major in mathematics at Bentley University.
On the evening of June 20th, SEED was once again proud to sponsor BBP’s annual Excellence in Education Dinner at the Harbor Crab. Each year, six graduating Seniors are chosen by their peers and their teachers to be honored on this special evening. The students in turn choose three educators each who made a profound impact upon them during their 13 year career in the Bayport Blue Point School district and present the faculty honorees with their awards.
